Curado is Pulque blended with fruits and/or spices.  Sweeter and with a bit fuller mouthfeel than traditional straight pulque, curado is highly approachable and exceptionally easy to pair.

A light tartness and subtle hints of its 4%-5% ABV serve as backbone to to the limitless pallet of potential flavors one can layer upon it.  As a result, curado stands as arguable one of the most versatile and variable beverages you can experience. Strawberries to green-peppers.  Cinnamon to paprika. Mango to mealworms (yes, mealworms!).

It all plays beautifully upon the canvas of an expertly crafted pulque base. And we use Pulque Octli of course!
